  • NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS: Request for Proposals (RFP)
    The Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County, our contracted partner for the grant distribution process, is now accepting applications for the Community Response to Opioid Misuse Prevention and Treatment RFP. 

    Timeline:
    May 14 – Application period opens, Foundation staff available to answer questions via their Frequently Asked Questions page.
    July 10 – 11:59pm- Requests due in the grant portal.
    August – Funding decisions announced and grant payments issued.
    June 30, 2026 – Funds must be expended.
